Rachel Shea arrived in Australia in 1988. She began working as a production assistant and then became studio manager for the multiple award winning studio Ffotograff that same year. While managing its day-to-day operation, Rachel also represented the studio's resident photographers and produced jobs ranging from catalogues to worldwide print campaigns. She worked with Ffotograff for 10 years before leaving in 1998 to start Blueprint. Since then she has represented a select group of photographers & stylists and has produced shoots for clients and agencies around the world including Goodby Silverstein, BBDO, Leo Burnett, Y&R, BMF, McCanns, Publicis Mojo, O&M, TBWA, Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT, M&C Saatchi, DLKW, Lowe & DDB. Rachel enjoys Scrabble, collecting coloured glass from the beach and thinking about taking up quilting. Her star sign is Taurus.

Kate Shea has lived and worked in the UK, Italy, the US & Australia. She worked as a communications manager while in Italy completing her degree in Modern Languages, before moving to California in 1993. Kate worked for various advertising agencies as an account director with clients including Apple Computer and Logitech. She moved to Australia in 1998, where she joined Rachel and was instrumental in launching Blueprint. As a producer, Kate has worked with clients such as Holden, Subaru, Toyota, Level3, BHP, Coca-Cola, Kelloggs, J&J, P&G, Pfizer, Optus, Hennessey, Lion Nathan, Commonwealth Bank, HP, Westpac, Heart Foundation, Telstra, Qantas, and produced tourism campaigns for Australia, New Zealand, the NT & Queensland. Kate's hobbies include chocolate, tatting and sloth.

In their youth they liked long walks in the country and had appalling taste in shoes.
